SEARCH

1. How do I search for a listing?

You go to HOME page you enter the minimum at least field parameters eg. Country, Listing category and you click Search. You can also choose to proceed with a more detailed and accurate search by clicking on Advanced Search and complete more fields.

Also, you have the ability to search for a listing according to a distance search from a chosen destination.

2. What types of listings can I search for?

The main categories are:

3. Do I have to fill out all the fields in the search to get results?

No. The main fields you should fill out are: Country and Type.

These are the main fields. The more precise you are the more accurate results you will get.

4. What is the "search by distance" option?

The “search by distance” is an option for users that wish to search for a listing according to the distance from any other designated address. The method provides you with the search results sorted out according to distance from the address you provided the system with.

LISTINGS

1. Can I allocate my listing capacity to any of my branches?

Yes. You can create as many branches accounts as you want and allocate to them a listing capacity as you like.

ADD A LISTING

1. How many listings can I list?

A registered paid agent can add listings up to the designated chosen membership plan. An agent can at any time upgrade their listing advertising capacity.

2. I added the address that the supplier or the product is located and proceeded to locate on map but it didn’t find the location on map

In this case your listing can still be submitted for publication without any map appearance in your listing. However, you can also try to locate the area of the listing by not using the address field. You can either click YES to proceed to locate the listing on the map without considering the address level details OR you can untick the address field.

3. I added the address of the listing and proceeded to locate on map but the location on the map was not accurate.

In some countries the map may not be 100% accurate. In this case, you can untick the option of the address field and use the location of the other fields OR proceed to locate and add the listing by not taking into consideration the address level field.

EDIT A LISTING

1. Can I change the details of my listing at any time?

Yes. You can change the details of the listing at any time by logging in to the members area, then go to MY LISTINGS, and click on EDIT on the listing. Any change will be reviewed by BoatsCompare.com and once approved it will publish the changes.

2. Can I delete a listing that I added?

Yes. You can delete the listing at any time by logging in to the members area , then go to MY LISTINGS, and click on DELETE on the listing.

BRANCH

1. What is BRANCHES MANAGEMENT / BRANCHES OVERVIEW?

1. If a company/doctor/clinic/hospital or medical center has many branches in several locations, then by using Branches Management, the main office can create branch accounts on FindMedic.com with specific allocation of advertising capacity for listings. The main office can have full control of how many listings the branch will list or delete the branch account at any time. The branch account can use all the main functionalities of a member account with certain limitations regarding membership payments, upgrades and cancellations that is the sole responsibility of the main office for security reasons.

2. Once you add a branch, you can edit the information or edit the advertising listing capacity of that branch account at anytime or even delete it the branch account.

3. The branch account cannot purchase any membership plans or upgrade or delete the main office account. This is to offer full protection and control to the main office.

2. How many branches can I have?

You can create as many branches as you want and allocate to them any of your advertising listing capacity.

REQUEST FOR FEATURED POSITION

1. What is a featured listing?

A featured listing would appear always on the top results of the search results of the specific search combination and would be clearly marked as a featured listing.

2. How do I make my listing to appear as featured?

Simply log in the members area and go to MY LISTINGS. Choose the listing that you wish to apply for featured by clicking on the REQUEST FEATURED on the specific listing. Then you will submit your application and a member from our team will contact you with the details and pricing.

3. How much does it cost?

The pricing starts at $10 per month for a single member profile registration. You can choose a membership plan according to your needs.

BANNER ADVERTISING

1. What is banner advertising?

You can apply to start banner campaigns on FindMedic.com by going to the bottom link ADVERTISE WITH US and then contact us with your interest on banner advertising and a member of our team will contact you.
